The Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction has provided a means for left-behind parents to secure the return of their children when they have been abducted to another country as well as a means to prevent their return when there are circumstances that warrant the children should remain where they have been take when the other country is a signatory to the Convention.
I have represented parents, both women and men, both left-behind parents as well as the parent who has removed the child. I am a member of the U.S. Department of State Hague Convention Attorney Network. I have participated in Hague cases here and participated in them in other countries.
Below are photos of my clients with their children after the Hague proceeding.
